O estacionamento mencionado no anúncio é do comércio no térreo do prédio, gratuito.

The location was walkable to the historical area. We felt safe walking around. Glad there was an elevator.

While the condo has everything you needed, it needed some attention to repairs. Shower door hard to close you need to almost lift the glass to get it to slide, couldn’t adjust the a/c, we were cooking in the apartment. Communication with the host was terrible even when using WhatsApp. They were prompt with talking to you when they wanted payment and identification but after that, radio silence. We waited at the condo an hour to get in. Since there’s no parking at the condo, YOU NEED TO ASK FOR A PARKING PASS that allows you to park in the blue parking spots which there are many (see pic).
