Diani Luxe Villa , Tropical Private Suites 600m from Diani Beach

The room was nice, very clean and a decent size since I was travelling alone. Dorcas was very friendly and helpful and acted upon my queries and requests promptly. The environment was very scenic and serene, I loved the quiet. The pool was so blue and always clean, I enjoyed my swims very much. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back soon! 😊

The electricity was unstable and sometimes out which was definitely beyond the host's control. Maybe it would be a good idea to get another back up as the solar energy was inadequate and ran out.

An absolute piece of heaven in Diani! Our stay at Amber Villas Diani was nothing short of spectacular. The villa itself is stunningly beautiful, immaculately clean, and offers the perfect blend of modern luxury and complete privacy. We loved having our own private pool and being just a short, 3-minute walk from the beach.

The Staff especially Dorcas is such a gem. She made sure whatever complaint I had was catered to with urgency despite being overwhelmed with other staff, construction people on site, and other guests. The location is also very good and central and the sunrises/sunsets are magical and unobstructed. I cannot however emphasise how great Dorcas is. Polite, professional, and very helpful to go the extra mile.

The space was not ready when I arrived. The room that was booked for me was already occupied so I was hurriedly rushed to the penthouse by Dorcas and to my dismay, there was a lot of construction happening at the hotel and specifically on my floor as they were fixing a roof leak. The shower head doesn't work. There was some messy dishes in the sink and some cigarette ashes in the bathroom. My room didn't have towels and was instructed to just grab one from the balcony that were drying although i noticed they were stained. The power is very unstable and in the 24hours I was there there was a blackout every other few minutes so be careful if you have your devices plugged in. There was also no wifi in my room but after half an hour Dorcas was able to get that sorted. The balcony doors in the PH don't close well so a ton of rain sipped into the rooms. They also never cleared the sheets and towels from the previous guests and even on checkout the stuff from previous guests was still left in the balconies.
