It was a good stay, and we received exactly what we expected. Whenever we needed anything, we contacted reception, and they were happy to assist and arrange everything for us. Overall, it was fair value for money, and we had a pleasant experience.
The reception opening hours could be extended, with an earlier opening time, as it was open from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Although this was not a major issue, the limited hours were somewhat inconvenient.

The room was nice. Comfortable beds and good bathroom. Had loads of toiletries and tea & coffee. There was a mini fridge in the room with 3 bottles of water inside, which was a nice gesture as well.
The pillows were flat and you are only given 1 each. Also, when we got inside the room, it smelled so much of tobacco and if we'd leave the window open, it got worse.
