Jean-Brice was communicative and serves a nice breakfast. Place was clean. We had a shower in our room but shared a toilet across the hall. Nice location near the Seine, the metro/RER and a fabulous boulangerie.

Jean-Brice was a perfect host. His breakfast was made by himself and so delicious. He is a nice man.
We had a room for two people with a shower and sink. The bathroom was across our room, but that wasn't bad at all.
The district is great, close to the Eiffel Tower.
