Very flexible and accurate check in process. Well-kept grounds in nice quiet neighborhood convenient to HS, Petoskey, skiing. Plenty of parking. Unique entry in to basement bunk rooms/laundry/play room/ski storage area with immediate stairs up to main area. Main living area is great. Open concept. High quality appliances, plenty of lounge area in the living room. House comes with more amenities than most places as far as kitchen utensils and supplies, which was nice. Good wifi and streaming. Two standard private bedrooms on main floor. Loft area king above the main living area is able to stay dark with curtains but could be noisy if people are using the kitchen area late or early. It didn't affect our family. Plenty of bathroom space for all. Only there for 24hrs, wish we'd been able to use the outdoor seating and grilling and the sauna more. Perhaps next time! Great stay and host and home.

The house was as advertised and was a great home base for our family ski weekend. Great location, plenty of seating space and games for evenings after we wrapped up at the hill. The host reached out to make sure we had what we needed, and check-in was a breeze.

Great location. Family area large enough for entire family. Comfortable home.

What a perfect place for a family getaway! Clean, efficient and peaceful.
