In this fully renovated 3-star gîte, you will find peace and quiet while being in the heart of an authentic village in the Périgord Noir (awarded 3 flowers in the "Towns and Villages in Bloom" competition), close to tourist sites such as: Sarlat 20 km, Domme 10 km, Castelnaud 10 km, Beynac 12 km, La Roque-Gageac 12 km... On the first floor, a large terrace with garden furniture, a table and 4 chairs, 2 reclining armchairs and a gas barbecue, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, central island with hob, small appliances... and a toilet. On the first floor, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a shower room with toilet with access to: 2nd floor: a bedroom with twin beds (90cm). We provide towels and bed linen (beds are made upon arrival). End-of-stay cleaning fee: €55, not included in the rental price. Tourist tax: €0.77 per night per person over 12 years old.
