Host was amazing. Our prior rented house lost its heating unit and hot water heater in one day. House was flooded. So we had to find another house with an hour’s notice for that same time frame!House was very clean. Very nice neighborhood. We were aware there was construction going on in the back of the house and were ready for it. But the jackhammer was much louder than we anticipated….and two straight mornings and afternoons. So we had to leave the house completely during daylight hours. Next time we stay I’m sure we will rate it excellent!!

Clean, easy to access, quiet.

Jeremy was most helpful and very attentive. We enjoyed staying at his lovely home and everything was very clean and orderly.

Excellent location, house in keeping with listing description, definitely adequate for a family of four plus grandparents. The house clean, was stocked with plenty of linens and kitchenware, had a few family games. Unfortunately the host was difficult with communications. The host granted us earlier access to the property but didn’t provide the house access code. It took over an hour and a half to gain entry and that was only after continual attempts to reach him. We were outside the property without options but waiting. There was also no direction regarding use of the washing machine which is in a locked garage.
