Fantastic place to stay, beds were great. It was wonderful having two full baths. Would definitely recommend this gem again!

Overall our stay was good for our 3 night stay...relaxing and comfortable. All the furniture, beds, rooms, and floors were clean. Location to Killington ski resort is about 6 mins...close to nearby restaurants as well. Check-in/out was straight forward with no issues. We noticed 2 other units being occupied in the same building and noise was not a concern. Communication with the Dave & Tabby was wonderful. We needed dishwasher detergent pods and they got them to us the next day. A few things we noticed that could be improved but were not deal breakers for us: -Stained sheet for the pull out sofa. -One of the glass pans had a sticky substance on it from previous stay. -Kitchen utensils was pretty well stocked but a pair of scissors would have been nice to have. -Light bulb for the stove light at the bottom of the microwave did not work. -We thought the water in the toilet bowl was brown but it turns out the bowl was stained. Possibly from the hard mineral water sitting in the bowl for a long time? Not sure but it could have been scrubbed clean prior to our arrival. Thank you to Dave & Tabby for a making our ski weekend a good stay!

Dave and Tabby at Simple Vacation Rentals are great! Highly recommend.

Rented unit to be close to slopes. Basically just ate breakfast n slept there. Accommodations are fine they could use better kitchen pan n another cookie tray. They had coffee and filters which was nice. condo water is contaminated nothing life threatening they have bottle water in foyer but renters should be made aware of this with literature in condo not posted on bldg that only owners notice.
