The cabin was very nice and clean! A great location to a lot of things to do- about 20-30 mins to everything. Communication with Serena was very good. The only negative my family had was the living room furniture was not comfortable for us to all be together so we had to spread out in all the rooms.

Me, my husband, my teenage daughter and my 1 year old stayed 4 nights here and it was so relaxing! We even got to encounter a visit from some black bears which was so cool! The cabin was clean and stocked with the basics of what you would need.Serena was great with communication. We had no problem contacting her during our stay. We hope to be back in the future!

We were looking forward to forgetting our daily routines and crazy family calendar and we did just that! We were incredibly comfortable in the beds and were overwhelmed with all of the attractions and restaurants in the area. Annakeesta was breathtaking, the Lumberjack Feud was great for our 10 and 14 year old. The Island took a lot of our time and money but well worth a few hours. We debated the museums and ultimately did Escapology and the Escape Game. We always do Professor Hackers mini golf no matter what vacation we are on. The hikes and drives we took were unreal. We saw 4 bears and a couple waterfalls. Our host recommended Five Oaks Farm Kitchen which was absolutely fresh and delicious. Our trip out to Buccees (awesome bbq) allowed us to view Dolly’s statue in Sevierville. The location of Mama Bears Sanctuary puts you 20 minutes above civilization and close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This trip is just what we needed and now we are home in flat New Jersey. I cannot say enough how amazing TN is! Thank you again!
