We stayed here for our summer vacation with four adults and three children. It was perfect for what we needed, was well stocked with lots of amenities and was very close to both Benton harbor and St. Joe. If you could actually walk to one of the nicer beaches from the house. If you have little ones, don't worry about bringing the baby stuff because this place is stocked! They have pretty much anything you need, including a nice beach wagon, chairs, toys, etc. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood and the host was extremely easy to communicate with, got back with me within minutes each time I had a question. Overall it was a really nice stay. Check out Sarret nature preserve if you're looking for a fun wooded experience. And dinner in Benton harbor at houndstooth was divine.

Great location. Easy access to downtown and Silver beach. The house has everything you need and was perfectly maintained.

Everything about our stay was top level. The communication, the property, the advice and suggestions…all amazing. I highly recommend and absolutely will be using again. Thank you again.

over all the house was great - very annoying to get 6 text /emails about the car not parked properly. text late at night and then a call next morning- we had take. care of car- we had a handicap person in a wheelchair that needed assistance from that car- took an hour to get back to the car after helping person in wheelchair - very over the top over a car parked wrong for an hour
