This place has everything and more. We rent places in Branson but it is always an issue bringing my boat down. It's a small fishing boat, but always an issue with no where to store it, or the community doesn't allow boat storage on the premises. This place had a boat slip that came with the room. Not to mention the amenities were awesome. The pool was CLEAN and huge with more than enough space. Tons of comfortable seating around the pool as well. We loved playing mini golf, corn hole and hiking. You can also fish and swim off the docks. The rooms we had were perfect. I love 2 bedrooms so the kids are out of our hair. Everything was perfect and very comfortable. The price was what we typically spend on a cheap room in the middle of Branson with no water access. This place is secure and you feel it's like a wilderness retreat. My new go to place for Branson. It has it all.

Small but very clean. Great area. Pool is wonderful. Also so handy to have a boat slip. Contact with managers was awesome and quick. Def would go back. Great location in Kimberling. All resort property was so clean and well kept.

It was very nice and peaceful!!
