O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Tired of listings where Hobby Lobby exploded in a damp basement with questionable cleaning just to churn guests for a buck?
Us too.
Welcome to the antidote: a thoughtfully green-built, truly healthy home designed for people who care about quality and sanity.
This isn’t one of those “lipstick on a pig” setups with wobbly forks, plastic plants, dusty fans, and mystery stains.
Built in 2025, everything here was chosen with intention — from handcrafted pottery and hidden luxury appliances, to energy-efficient systems like an air exchanger and tankless water heater, to non-toxic finishes and skylights that keep the space bright and balanced.
We believe a getaway should recharge you — not leave you sneezing, itchy, or wondering what’s growing underneath the floor. If Asheville is known for its clean air, your getaway should be also. So we skipped the gimmicks and went all in on simple comfort, quality, and cleanliness.
What you’ll notice:
• Clean air, natural light, real plants, and dense insulation.
• A kitchen stocked with matching, quality ‘ware.
• Encased bedding washed on full sanitary cycles.
• A space that feels calm, not cluttered — as peace was part of the design.
• No checkout chores, no “mutual respect” rules — just an easy stay.
Come stay somewhere that actually gives a damn.
Oh, and the location? Norwood Park is Asheville’s best-kept gem: close to everything yet tranquil and quaint.
Us too.

The hosts were so kind. A perfect cozy spot to come back to after exploring Asheville during the day. Incredible vibe seemed mid century modernist with a slight twist that I can’t explain. Such a unique spot. I don’t think the trip could have been any better staying there. I would give more stars if the app would let me.

The place did not disappoint we loved everything from the beautiful floors to the skylights . It’s very clean and uniquely designed. The attention to detail is amazing. The bed was comfortable. We absolutely loved the bathroom down to the shampoo and conditioner. Hands down one of the best places I’ve stayed . Close to downtown.

The cottage was perfect for our weekend visit to Asheville. It had absolutely everything we needed, and the owner was very helpful. The location was perfect for quick access to UNCA where our daughter is, and to downtown Asheville. We can’t wait to book here again!

This place is a gem. Johnny is a great host and has thought about all the little things that make your stay a great experience. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is fantastic and close to all Asheville has to offer. The street parking was never a problem and there was always parking nearby. Overall a fantastic experience.
