Hayy Apartments Stylish & Central Stays in Barnsley

Location of was great.

Great city centre location, with comfortable beds and a really spacious lounge-kitchen.

Although the apartment looked pretty luxurious, it lacked basics such as bedside lamps, and the artwork and greenery looked cheap. I’d recommend the owners spend a couple of nights in their own apartment, to notice and fix these details.

Good location secure apartment clean and tidy

No towels for showering had to go and a couple and the street entrance door lock was tricky . Needs looking at maybe replaced

It was a sizeable space and on the surface a decent decor. The bed was nice and comfortable. It was a great location...nice and central.

There was no wifi and even a complaint about that brought no solution for the second day...so two days without. This meant no access to the TV too. The heaters in the kitchen/dining area were not working. It takes 3 heaters as it's a big space and 2 were not working at all and 1 barely. I complained and they said they would send housekeeping but that didn't happen...or if it did they didn't fix it. There are no lamps in the properly...just bright light so it is not welcoming. There is space for 5 people but only 3 cups provided. There were hairs in the bath...someone else's jewellery on the microwave and a damp patch in the bathroom that needs some attention. There was also no manual about things you might need to know e.g. how the heating works etc.
