Near malls and location was great. Good thing for a smart lock so nothing to worry if the keys might lost or what. Strong connection of wifi in the entire room. No cockroaches is plus
Having no phone signals in the entire building. The lobby has poor signal reception. You need to go out to have a decent data coverage. Hassle for booking some rides (grab/angkas/moveit/joyride/indrive/etc.).

The location and the staff
The unlikely smell from the lobby of the condominium, i didnt know if the smell was from the drainage system. Inside the unit, it smelled like the unit was empty for a month or so. The humid odor clingged to the clothes, maybe a good dehumidifier can help or just ventilate the unit from
Time to time like we also do during our stay, but we do understand that the unit can be empty depending on the number of reservations.

Felt safe in and around the condo due to uniformed securities. Variety of dine in restaurants.
It’s too crampy and very little space. Kitchen and toilet sinks had a drainage issues. Water is draining very slow. Lobby smel stinks especially when entering initially
