Nice location

Not kept up. Screens black. Repairs not professionally completed. Bed was too soft I. The middle. Tiny trash can.

It was close to a few bus stops that made it easy to get around town. The garage came in handy too when we got our rental car.

The property was fine.

Everything is like in the pictures, clean and very cozy vibe

The only thing that bothering was the tight garage

The location was the best part of this property. We had easy access to everything north of downtown and walked to the zoo and nearby shops for lunch. We also appreciated having a garage which made parking easy. The property was relatively quiet despite being on a main road.

Despite many positive reviews, the property was found to be fairly unclean (e.g., hair on towels, stains on towels and pillow cases, stains on the upstairs carpet, old/unclean shower curtain liner, black spots on the shower window, used water bottle under the bed, etc.). There were floor fans in each bedroom, but they were covered in dust. The bathroom exhaust fan was also covered in dust. There was an open kitchen sponge on the counter, and it was unclear if this was used or new. The townhome also showed some wear, mainly in the carpets and upstairs bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked, but it was missing some basics (e.g., salt and pepper). Overall, it looked like someone had not done a moderate or deep clean or walk through of the townhome in some time.
