Beautifully refurbished of an older building. Very clean and stylish. Bathroom towels lovely and soft. All toiletries as required. Comfortable bed.
Nice thoughtful extras supplied by owner. Snacks and wine.
The tram line runs close to the building and the room we were in. Bit noisy at times.

Pepe was a very hospitable host. Our arrangement was for me to drop off my luggage; instead, he let me check in early since the room was ready when I arrived in Rome. He left drinks in the fridge and some snacks on the table. The bathroom had shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper for the duration of my stay. The mattress was just as I prefer — modestly firm. Communication proof to arrival was prompt and friendly.
The room was very clean, but for some reason, I got ants on the first day. They disappeared after. I was traveling solo so the room was sufficiently sized for one person. I wouldn’t want to share it with a second person because it was “European” size. The bathroom had ample space though — quite large by European standards.

Sehr gute Lage. Metro und Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür sowie Restaurants und Bistros fürs Frühstück in der Nähe. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt im Nebenhaus. Zu Fuß 10-15 min zum Kolosseum.
Liebevolle Ausstattung, schönes Zimmer wie auf den Fotos, gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Host.
Wie bereits von anderen beschrieben ist es bei offenem Fenster laut, bei geschlossenem Fenster konnten wir aber gut schlafen, daher alles gut.
Das Licht im Flur ging leider nicht zu der Zeit als wir dort waren.
