Great price. Convenient location. Parking on driveway. Number of rooms.

Very unclean. One room abandoned due to what was found behind the bed. Dirty pans and cutlery drawer. Swept piles of dirt left on the hallway floor upstairs and down. Several dangerous plug sockets. Very uncomfortable sofa and unusable blinds.

Beds were very comfortable and having a drive was perfect for us

I liked the location of property. Loved how quick the heating worked and the ease of how to use it.

It was basically clean but cobwebs around the whole house showed it wasn’t cleaned much. Also, we stayed here last year for a night and the corner cupboard in the kitchen had the same note written on a used envelope tucked between each side of the cupboard saying ‘don’t open’. Whatever the issue is, the fact the same note was there last year shows it hasn’t been fixed. This year there was also a broken crib in the main front double room, for what reason? A child couldn’t stay in the broken crib. There was very little cups and glasses. Not even matching set. 3 of us stayed here and only 2 matching cups. Drinking glasses very small and limited. Tiny freezer which needed defrosting so couldn’t put much in. Towels, scattered around the home. Had clearly been washed and left out to dry but had to hunt for them upstairs to dry hands or dry pots. Not anywhere to do makeup or hair in either of the 3 bedrooms. Missing mirrors. Every blind in all the windows are broken, same last year. This house needs care, cleanliness and attention. Especially for the price of £146 for a 1-night Wednesday night stay! Shame there was nothing changed from a year ago apart from an additional broken crib and an extra single bed in with a double in the back bedroom. Made it feel like a dumping ground.
