From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. A special thanks to Nadeem, the Manager, and Naziya from the reception, who were extremely helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We also sincerely appreciate the efforts of the housekeeping team and all the other service staff, who took great care of us and maintained excellent standards. The hospitality, cleanliness, and genuine care shown by the staff made our stay very pleasant. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed stay in Mumbai. We would definitely be happy to stay here again! ⭐️
