The home was roomy and accommodated our guests perfectly. We enjoyed the river location and the quite atmosphere. We ate at the THE ABBY and The Pancake House which we in close proximity and have good food. The beds were comfortable and the Kitchen and living area was prefect for gathering. It was in average proximity to both Knoxville and Gatlinburg. We spotted a bear and her two cubs crossing the road. Thanks for sharing the home with us.

The yard could have been mowed

Very beautiful home inside and out. Great location. Comfortable for all of our family. Beds and linens were great. We cooked our meals and had sufficient kitchen equipment, knives were sharp (which is hard to find in rentals!), but do plan to bring all your own groceries and staples. They did provide coffee and a few waters and snacks. Great having a washer/dryer to use during our stay. Enjoyed the fire pit area and of course the river, easy to walk in and deep enough to actually swim a little. Loved our stay and would definitely book again.

Very nice
