I was served by Leena, who provided excellent service and helped me with a number of questions I had at arrival, and also later during the stay.. As I arrived early and the room was not quite available, Leena accompanied me to the building's recreation / facilities area to relax there pending her return with the room keys.
We weren't aware that building construction was happening next door but it was only an inconvenience and you had to be wary of vehicles using the car park and nearby access street.
Car parking was tight , however manageable, but again you just had to be aware of vehicles entering / leaving each level

Beautiful view of the ocean and we could see sunrise from our bedroom!
We had a very tiny dissatisfaction regarding arrival however it was very well managed by the staff and was sorted very quickly and professionally.

The customer service was extremely poor. On the day of check-in, they didn't provide the check-in details until 5 o'clock in the morning. They didn't reply even after I left multiple messages! They said the deposit would be refunded within 3 to 5 working days, but it hasn't been refunded yet. It's already been over two weeks!
