Amazing location. Calm and quiet yet at the heart of the old quarter. Good facilities with everything you need.
Washing machine and dryer were occupied too much of the time. Many ants in the apartment. Very, very narrow stairs to access the apartment and no elevator, which, even for a fit guy like me, was a pain when carrying your luggage. A few shelves, especially in the bathroom, would have been nice.

Central, convenient, cozy
Need to remember to turn on hot water 30 min before shower, only lasts a short time

It was in city center and easy to find. The contact of property arrange to us trip to Ha long bay, a ride to Ninh binh and wasbalways helpful with all question that we had. We liked laundry and Juan who helped us by washing machine-it was free of charge.
And special plus are the lockers who you can use to leave luggage when you check out.
