Facing south, spacious, decorated with care, it offers all the necessary comfort for 8 people.

Villa Maui is a spacious and elegant villa located in the middle of the pine trees, high up and not overlooked. It has a large terrace equipped with garden furniture, a large table, a stainless steel gas plancha, a large parasol and deckchairs. Facing south, it allows you to enjoy the sun all day long.
The villa has a 2.5 m by 6m chlorine swimming pool, sunny all day and secured by an electric shutter. It is available from April to October depending on the weather conditions.
With its 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites, the house can comfortably accommodate 8 travelers.

- A large comfortable and bright living room with a velvet corner sofa, TV, wifi.
- A fully equipped contemporary open plan kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, 4-burner induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc...) with a large central wooden island for dining.
- An area with a table football.
- A master suite (double bed 140) with private bathroom and access to the wooden terrace overlooking the outdoor area and the swimming pool.
- A bedroom with a queen size double bed 160 and desk.
- A bedroom with a double bed 140.
- A separate bathroom with shower and large mirror sink.
- Separate toilet.
- An independent office space.
All bedrooms are carefully decorated and equipped with ceiling fans, windows and storage. All bedding is new and of high quality.
A pellet stove heats the villa from October to April.

On the first floor:

- A large master suite with 180 double bed, private terrace, latest generation Dyson fan. The bathroom adjoining this suite is equipped with a large Italian shower, a dressing room and a toilet.
- Large soundproofed cinema room with large screen, speakers and video games.
- Laundry area washer/dryer.
Travel cot available in the accommodation.
All accommodations are accessible to travelers except for a closet which will be closed.
The entrance to the villa is located on the first floor of the villa (external staircase).
Please note, a small independent studio is rented for the year on the first floor of the villa (no vis-à-vis or sharing of the premises except for the common access path to the villa)
Mandatory cleaning and linen package: 350 euros.
