We recommend this place! The location was excellent. There were grocery stores and bakeries nearby. The metro stations nearby took us to every where we wanted to go. We stayed during the historic heat wave and the air conditioning was a blessing during the afternoon when it would reach over a 100 degrees! Thank you for sharing your place!

Everything was perfect and better than expected, actually made my paris trip much better given the location!

The apartment is good for a short stay in Paris. It is near the central Paris sites and well-connected to the Metro. The size is adequate for 2 people. The only down side is that there isn't much natural light or any view, as it's located within the central courtyard on the building's ground floor. There were some minor maintenance issues (burnt-out lights, shower head that sprayed all over), but we appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit.

Booked the house for a family trip to Paris and we had a really great time. First of all, the check in experience was really smooth and quick, the host was also very friendly and welcoming, answering all the questions we had about the house and the area. The place in itself is a small apt but it offers all kind of comforts for a nice stay. The location is amazing and probably the best thing about the place: close to a very well connected station (Grand Boulevard), 10 minutes away from Chatelet-Les Halles, bus stop for n. 85 (the one that takes you up to Montmartre) right in front of the door. There are supermarkets nearby and the street is busy with all different type of options when it comes to eating out. About the last bit, even if the street can get really crowded (especially on the weekend) we had no problem sleeping well. The only thing I would suggest fixing is the bathroom' door, it basically doesn't close very well and if you want to use the bathroom with full privacy you're forced to close the main bedroom door to make sure no one can see you from the other room.
