The property and house was a great way to start our vacation!

We loved our stay. It actually rained all three days, but we had a great time as a family inside the spacious home and love the hot tub.The hosts were extremely responsive, accommodating, and kind.

Pool/hot tub were great for the kids. Close to beach and other activities. Had a great stay!

The house was beautiful. We loved that towels were supplied and the kitchen was utilized to the fullest. We requested to come in earlier if possible so I understand trying to accommodate our requests but there could have been some more sweeping done for the sand in the home and the base of toilets needed a wipe down. Other than that the house was clean. Please note if you are not from Florida and the unit is not turned on well in advance to your arrival, it will be hot in the house until sun down. Roughly (79) until it had time to cool overnight. The host is quick to respond and if there are any issues, he sends a friend over to exam and assist if possible. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. It’s also nice to only do the bare minimum before living. No deep cleaning necessary but we did our best to make sure the house was presentable and sheets were stripped before checking out. This is a newer rental, I was told and you learn as you go. Overall our stay was pleasant and enjoyable.
