Spacious, comfortable, and peaceful with amazing views. Highly recommended!

the vIlla is extremely comfortable and full of entertainments for kids, teen agers and adults! We were there in april and thanks to the heated swimming pool we could enjoy the complete experience offered a€¦ the barbecue as well! Manuela and her husband are genuinely committed in creating a real home away from home for all the hosts. We were 2 families with 3 kids and we easily reach Assisi, Perugia, le cascate delle Marmore, Spoleto, Spello and so ona€¦ we will come back and we will warmly suggest the villa to all our frineds. thank you! Ombretta e Sandro

All perfect!!

Villa Patty is a comfortable and clean villa with everything you need. We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi. The owners, who live next door, were always at hand and responded to questions very quickly. The villa has a couple of restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed Il Girasole where we had dinnerevery day (closed on Mondays). It is very good quality food at a very reasonable price! As well as going into Assisi, it's definitely worth visiting the nearby Santa Maria degli Angeli and its basilica.
