Charming Private 1-Bedroom in Main House with WiFi and AC in serene Dallas, Tx

The VRBO was an outstanding value. The room had many new appliances. The host is super-customer oriented and quickly resolves all problems. The room, and the entire house, was under major renovation, with unfinished walls and construction equipment and materials everywhere. While this did not bother me, I believe customers should be notified of this.

The place is absolutely amazing it is clean it has its own private bathroomand private washer and dryer the house is host is always there when you need him anything you need he's there to help me and my family is enjoying being here I will recommend this place to everybody because it is amazing.

The location was clean and quiet. It was large and had all the necessities covered. The host was communicative and accommodating. I will visit this location again.

The property owner was on site at the time of our arrival. He was very kind and helpful with our check-in. The cleanliness was less than desirable. The mattress and mattress cover were stained in several areas with urine. The floor could use detail. The windows contained dirt, dust, and cobwebs. The doorhandles were dirty. You could not see out the windows because there was a trailer and construction equipment blocking the view. There are several outlets with no covers.People coming from out of town use B&B's for comfort and convenience. This stay provides water, heat, and a bed. It was not a delightful or charming stay during our travels...
