The small, cozy vacation apartment, number 21, is located on the second floor and accommodates up to four people in about 47 square meters. It’s ideal for couples, solo travelers, or a small family with children. The open-concept living and kitchen area has been tastefully and thoughtfully furnished. Here you’ll find a comfortable sofa corner with an armchair and a TV. The sofa can serve as a sleeping area for the third and fourth guests. You’ll also have access to a PS3 console, which you can use to play games you’ve brought along or as a Blu-ray/DVD player for a relaxing movie night. The modern kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, so you won’t have to miss out on cooking even while on vacation. The built-in microwave also has an oven function. A dining area for up to four people is located right in front of it. Thanks to its southwest-facing orientation, the balcony offers plenty of sunshine.
The bedroom features a double bed for restful nights. You won’t have to do without a spacious closet—it’s located in the apartment’s hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower.

A parking space for the apartment is located right next to the building. You can store your bicycles in the bike storage room or, alternatively, lock them to bike racks that are shielded from view. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
