Let me start by saying, the host was just fantastic. Communication was excellent. The house was spot on perfect. Our family had such a great time. Excellent memories. It. Just, we got to see the ocean every morning and a beautiful sunset. Every night.Definitely.Look forward to seeing us coming back.And thank you

House was fully stocked and ready to enjoy. Plenty of room for a big family and conveniently located to all the happenings on the coast. Host is very responsive and helpful.

We rented this home because of its location and the fact that it had air conditioning. It was listed as a prominent amenity. We keep our home lower than 60 at night and have trouble with any heat. After our children left, we felt we could finally avail ourselves to the AC. The video that the manager sent us upon arriving instructed us on the use of the heating and AC system. Then, we thought the unit was broken as it didn't work. Looked for an AC unit and there was NONE! Called the manager and she said "no one in Morro Bay has AC". But, it was on the listing. She called later and offered a portable unit that would have to go up a narrow staircase. We opted for 2 large fans.Also, the dryer shrieked loudly when used but we decided she could fix it when we left. The ceiling vent in the bathroom was covered in filth and cobwebs and the lower bath wall has wet rot by the shower. We did like the lower level where we parked the grandkids to watch TV at 6am. Kitchen stocked well. A zillion knives, linens and pots and pans. One grandchild could not be bathed as she was scared of the ADA so had to be showered which had a very poor stream. Could use some decent size bowls for cereals and soup as most were very small. We ended up leaving 2 days early
