We stayed 7 nights in this great condo for spring training.. Nicely equipped with everything you would need. Great location to many ballfields. The condo was very clean, quiet and comfortable l. Brian was great to work with. It would have been nice if the pool was useable in the complex. 90 degrees outside with below 70 degree water temps. Hot tub was ok. We enjoyed taking walks around the connecting lake area. Would recommend this for adults

Located in Northern Central Phoenix which was a good location for us. Plenty of places to eat and grocery shop. The complex was clean, not noisy and residents were nice and friendly. This is a working neighborhood. The kitchen had all the essential amenities for cooking and living. The place was clean and decorated to be very relaxing. It felt like being at home. Roku on all the TV's. Small kitchen space for 4 adults at the same time, lol. Otherwise worked good for cooking. Two bedrooms upstairs with shared bathroom. One upstairs had a small balcony. One bedroom downstairs with shared bathroom.I did not need to contact host, but host did send messages about our stay.Overall a great place to Vrbo. Recommended if wanting to stay in the northern part of Phoenix. It's about a half hour drive to Scottdale and Tempe area to give an idea.

We loved our little home in Arizona! We stayed a month, had everything we needed and the hosts responded within minutes each time we reached out with questions. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back!!

It’s an older condo as stated. Neighborhood seems a bit sketchy but is super convenient to 1-17. Two bedroom up stairs and stairs are hard to get up and down. My dog couldn’t get up there either. Kitchen is fully stocked but narrow so hard for more than 1 to be in there at a time. Never went in pool or hot tub and never saw anyone in there either. Mostly it was very quiet. There is a little noise from the highway but you can’t hear it inside.
