Kitchen had everything you could need. The pool area was perfect for families to enjoy. The only thing I’d suggest to be improved is communication about things. For example, when the pool will be serviced and when someone comes to mow the lawn. But occurred at very inconvenient times. Would be nice to have an itinerary or something that explains those types of services.

House clean and close to everything.

Perfect location for watching baseball at Scottsdale stadium. Centrally located to many restaurants and entertainment. Nice quiet neighborhood.Didn't use the pool or hot tub, there was an extra 150/ day charge to heat and needed 3 days advance notice, which we didn't know about. We were 4 couples, so we were a little surprised with the bunk bedroom. It doesn't specifically say bunk beds in the description, but I guess "4 queen beds" implies bunk beds. There are 40 pictures of the property and one does show bunk beds, but we didn't look at all of the pictures. It worked out ok though, the bunk bed couple got to sleep in a different bed each night.

The house itself is wonderful. The management compare Porter is awful. Our air quit working in triple digit weather and when I would call they would say someone would call back. No call back, then finally told me nobody would come to fix it until the morning. It was inhumane. We asked for a partial refund of just that night since nobody got any rest and we had to go back and forth to the car to cool off, they said they would talk about it internally…. Still no answer. Everything else was great.
