Good, timely communication. Nice property. As described. While everything is close to downtown in Moab this really is about the center of town but far enough off of Main St to be very quiet in the evening through morning.

The house was fantastic. The host was easy to contact. We had a family reunion and had a wonderful time. The only negative is the pool. The water temperature was great but was not clean. Lots of leaves and hair. Not sure if the filter was working.

We loved the place! Was clean, modern, well stocked, close to so much and the pool was right out the back door!

Communication with host was excellent!! Could not have been better. Size of home for our group of 8 was great. Proximity to the parks was great. The issues we had with the home was the tears in the flooring in the kitchen, the very low water pressure, fan in master didn’t work, light in water closet was out. The host did respond and say they would check in the water pressure, fan and light.
