The property was nice. The pool temperature was too hot. The property needs 2 dishwashers, 1 dishwasher in a house that sleeps 20 people is not enough! The vent in the dinning area above the tables needs cleaned it was gross. Also a list of small appliances available would have been helpful.

Our family of 10, 8 adults and 2 toddlers, stayed for a week. The house was very very nice. It was very well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and even had kids cups, plates, utensils, high chairs etc which was really nice. The pickleball court and pool were definitely the highlight and were used daily. The beds were all very soft which is the only thing that maybe a drawback but everything else was so nice I wouldn't have that be a deterrent. I would highly recommend and be happy to go back.

We were so happy with our experience at the Pecan Valley 5193 house! Communication was fantastic from the Red Sands team, helping answer my many questions. The property itself was exceptional and met all of our needs. We hope to be back!

We loved our stay! It was so peaceful and beautiful and the service was fantastic! We will definitely come back
