We had a wonderful stay! Mike was very responsive and the unit was perfect and as advertised. We enjoyed the walking trails nearby with our dog, the views are great. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked several meals. We will be back!

We did a girls hiking weekend and this was an A choice. The townhome was in impeccable condition with easy check in (cell # programmed into front door lock). Owner communication was great (we peppered Mark with questions) and with no renters right before us or after us he was very accommodating with early arrival and a more relaxed departure. We would absolutely stay again! Location provides reasonable access to Granby, Tabernash, and Fraser. We particularly appreciated the proximity to trailheads for west side of Indian Peaks. Thanks again for everything!
