Its a cozy ground floor one bedroom place with two bunks next to the front door. Its next to the street but little street noise as there are no windows or doors facing the street. The HOA run hot tub is not hot. There used to be a cover placed on it outside open hours but that's gone and the heater can't keep up. The only problem I had during my stay was the pellet stove heater didn't work. The electric wall heaters worked well enough to keep the place comfortable.

Great stay! Loved the hot tub nearby

Nomadness was an excellent 5 star host. The condo was comfortable clean and well stocked. The property was wonderful. The rec center was missing the ping pong ball and the pool table was not free. But that did not make or break our trip. We were there to enjoy the snow and this place was perfect for that. The only reason this is not 5 stars is not Nomadness fault. But a neighbor upstairs that must work for the resort was up and loud every morning between 3-6am. Other than that this place is perfect.
