Very convenient location for walkability. Plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes. About 20-25 minutes to shopping area across the river , plus excellent adventure up a steep hill to Bordini Gardens ( well worth the effort for the view and cafe)

A little gem of a place to stay in the city. Just far enough out of the centre that it is peaceful and quiet, but close enough that within a 5-10 minute walk, you are back in the centre again. Also - only a short walk from the railway station. The room is in an old building - with lovely high ceilings and old features. The hosts are amazing, gave us a map and talked us through the places to visit and the communication around check in and out was superb. Could not ask for more. A definite if you want somewhere to stay and visit this amazing city. We felt truly welcomed and at home there.
