The Reckermann family’s farm is located on the outskirts of the small heathland village of Linden, near the Ellerndorf juniper heath. You’ll stay on a bustling farm with dairy cows and calves, chickens, dogs, cats, and ponies. The barn doors are always open to vacation guests. The vacation apartments are therefore ideal for families with children. Guests who have vacationed on the farm many times before say, “It’s like coming home!”

In the village, guests are welcome to take part in the lively village life. Whether it’s the Easter bonfire, the village festival, Oktoberfest, or the big New Year’s Eve fireworks at the end of the year, you’re warmly welcome! Nevertheless, you’ll also find peace and relaxation! In our beautiful natural surroundings, you’ll have the opportunity to observe forest animals such as deer, cranes, and hares from a hunting blind.

The heath blooms in August and September, but it’s an attraction for your heathland vacation even beyond those months! With a bit of luck, you might meet the shepherd with his Heidschnucken sheep. Bad Bevensen (iodine-brine spa) and Uelzen are about 15 minutes away. Lüneburg and the Heidepark Soltau are about 25 minutes away. Shopping options, including all discount stores, as well as doctors and pharmacies, can be found in Ebstorf, 7 km away.
