"Nice house. Well stocked with everything you need and close to downtown and the hot springs. I would not recommend this house for anyone that has mobility issues because there are a lot of stairs."

It stated there was washcloths abd towels in kitchen and there was only was towels. No garbage bags, the propane was completely out we went a bought a new bottle, the chairs in theaterroom on top did not recline, and whoever stayed before us had a dog and the theater room smelled like urine.

Had a great stay in Lava Hot Springs. The house was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything felt thoughtfully set up, with quality furnishings and a cozy atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a day out. The location was especially convenient close to the hot springs, food, and local attractions while still feeling quiet and private. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I’d definitely stay again.
