In Stay Guesthouse

The owner of the guesthouse is super friendly and cooks every day something delicious and new for breakfast! The rooms is really spacious and comfortable. Also there are a lot of amenities, snacks, pencil etc to borrow in the chill area. The location is great you can go by foot to the waterfalls and the bus station from the airport is right in front.

The walls and curtains are not super thick, and the refrigerator is pretty noisy (but I didn’t need it so just unplugged it). So it gets pretty bright in the morning. But i still had a great night there !

The property is very conveniently located to explore Seogwipo-si. It is clean and well maintained. The host is lovely and warm. She goes above and beyond with her hospitable nature.

Looking for a clean, convenient place to stay where you’re treated like a family friend? Stay here! Maria and her daughter went above and beyond for my husband’s gluten allergy. Even though it’s a rare allergy in Korea, Maria made special breakfasts that accommodated him. And after her daughter noticed him trying to dine on meager grocery store items (because Koreans’ tasty sauces tend to have gluten, so we couldn’t find that many open places-holiday week- that worked for him)and told her mom how sad his “dinner” was, Maria made him her grandmother’s soup-on her day off! I would never want to hold her to this standard but it’s indicative of how she cares for her guests. The thank you wall has great stories of her warmth, hospitality, and presence of mind. And, yes, clean, great location, free use of laundry facilities, blackout curtains, relaxing communal spaces, and much more!

Absolutely everything! The location is brilliant, InStay itself is absolutely beautiful thanks to Maria (and everyone who supports her) who is divine! Honestly, just stay here. It's the best. And the neighbourhood of old Seogwipo is so so cool.

That I had to leave.
