Das Interieur des Hotels, der Pool auf dem Dach und die Lage sind positiv zu erwähnen.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. So hatte der Tisch auf dem Balkon Flecken, die offensichtlich nicht mehr riss gingen. Mein Zimmer hat irgendwie modrig gerochen.

Staff were great very helpful. Rooms were large and we were upgraded to a fabulous balcony suite. Great location.

Was not beachfront. My fault for not looking closer at the map!

Free breakfast provided was nice and the hours were good. Overall, the rooms were quite clean and comfortable with prompt housekeeping. Value for money was quite good for the comfort of the rooms. The building is very clean with a beautiful aesthetic.

There was EXTREMELY loud maintenance on the floor above us that happened on the second morning of our stay at 9AM. One of my friends that I stayed with made a complaint to the front desk, to which they offered us a free spa treatment at the in-house Jjimjilbang. When we arrived, all three of the saunas were switched off, and we were advised that we could only use one of the saunas (very unusual for a Jjimjilbang experience). When we advised her which sauna we would like to use, she switched it on, however it did not heat up properly/in time for us to use. When we used it, it was akin to sitting in a slightly warm room next to a heater. The cold room, steam bath, and heated lie down areas were the same as they were only turned on when we arrived. The sauna we chose also automatically shut off after 30 minutes, to which we were told that we needed to come out and reset the timer ourselves. Additionally, we were advised before we started the experience that we would receive one free food and drink item, and the lady took our order. However, when we left the sauna, she advised us that actually we would not be receiving any free food or drink. When my friend commented about our experience whilst we were checking out at the front desk, after much back and forth the manager offered us a discount off the last two nights of our stay, however to do this she advised we would need to cancel via booking.com and re-book with her at the front desk. We could not do this as we were already into our stay, so if we cancelled we would need to pay the cancellation fee of the entire booking. Very poorly managed.
