The caravan was ok for the 4 nights as I had my own cleaning stuff. The site was lively and the caravan location was ok.
It wasn't very clean and the caravan smelt like a dog. It is dog friendly but it wasn't pleasant as I dont have a smelly dog and I dont allow him on the furnishings. There was dog hair on the sofas. There wasn't a vacuum cleaner to use during the stay. The caravan was also right next to an active 24hr train line which wasn't ideal for sleep

It was clean and spacious. Perfect for our two little boys to play together. Accommodated our late check out last minute too
The staff on the actual site were a bit rude when we was asking questions. That’s nothing to do with the property itself but did ruin our experience a little.

The train track being approx 30ft from the caravan, trains passing every hour from 4am until approx 11pm.
