Location is a moderate journey from the centre by tube but much shorter than the less frequent train. There is a 20 min walk from the tube but much shorter from the train station. The instructions are very clear and property is clean and inviting and having stayed there several time almost always quiet.

Whist they were ok the beds are not always the most comfortable.

Nice and cute apartment with modern equipment and decor. Really liked how clean the room was, although it was tiny. Perfect place for one person for a few nights and I liked spending evenings just chilling in my room because it felt comfy and safe. The living room was right next to my room and there was nobody spending time there so it felt like I had more space. Kitchen facilities were good, loved the toaster! Bathroom was tiny but very clean and modern. Location was perfect for me because I visited Hampstead and Highgate. The neighbourhood is idyllic and quiet.

When there were other people upstairs it was so noisy! All the steps and noise were so loud and I don't know what they were doing banging around all evening and morning. Also the pillows in my bed were horrible. They should not give those to customers.

Just really thoughtful facilities. Kitchens really equipped, art studio room and garden. Lovely place. Also spotless! Location was great to get to Wembley by uber or bus

Car parking. Someone had parked their car straight across the whole drive stopping another 2 or 3 cars parking but when called management didn’t help.

Private bathroom was excellent, communal kitchen was decent. Easy check in.

Very noisy, I had neighbors who arrived near midnight both nights and they kept me awake. Every footstep, conversation and every other activity :| is audible. No curtains on windows, just white blinds that let in all the light. Horribly harsh room lighting, bedlight did not work. Bed was too short, I'm only 183cm and barely fit. Taller people should look elsewhere. Low water pressure in the shower. No instructions on how to confirm checkout, just to take out your own trash. No response from property when messaging via booking.com.
