It's around an 8-10 minute walk from the Shinsaibashi station and the pillows are a bit hard, but those are the only "bad" things I have to say about this place. I loved the fact that they had a women-only section of the 13th floor, made me feel more at ease. Staff is nice and room is great for solo travelers!

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants would stay here again
