Rixos Montaza Alexandria

Absolutely beautiful room with breathtaking view and top flight staff and amenities

I stayed at Cleopatra forest Very clean room Helpful staff Top notch service I will highly recommend this place

We stayed at both Nariman and King Fouad, each one has advantages, Nariman rooms are larger, newer, its closer to the Montazah gate, King Fouad is more classic, smaller but rooms are closer to the beach you feel sitting inside the sea in the balcony. They have water sports there and are closer to the beach club!

The hotel’s location is absolutely fabulous, with breathtaking views, beautifully landscaped gardens, lovely beaches, excellent swimming pools, and convenient transportation facilities. Everything about the surroundings makes for a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Mariam from the Front Office and Mustafa from Housekeeping, who both deserve special thanks for their hospitality and professionalism. My only concern is the maintenance of some facilities and equipment, specifically in the Boutique Chalets, where I stayed in Room 3026. The Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak, some lights in the room could not be switched off, and the jacuzzi in the bathroom needed maintenance. In addition, the swimming pool in front of the chalet was undergoing maintenance during my stay. These are relatively minor issues compared with the overall experience, but addressing them would make an already wonderful stay even better. Apart from these points, everything was absolutely perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return very soon, sooner than I had originally planned! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful setting, excellent surroundings, and genuinely welcoming staff.
