We’ve been fortunate enough to stay at Emerald Island on multiple occasions so we are familiar with the area and the villas. They have all been great and La Isla Retreat was too. The villa is immaculate, very spacious, extremely well maintained and with a fantastic pool and spa. But what set this visit and villa apart was the owner Agnes. She responded very quickly to any questions in the booking process and once we were at the villa I had a couple of questions and requests which she replied to immediately. Excellent customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend. I’m sure we’ll come back to Emerald Island again in the future and Agnes will be top of my list when searching for a villa.

The house location was great and we enjoyed our stay. Only a few minor things which owners responded quickly and addressed. Would definitely stay again!
