Spacious, fully renovated 105 m² apartment in the heart of the Chartrons district, just steps from Bordeaux's historic center, with a magnificent view of the Garonne River. The bright and welcoming living room boasts generous proportions, high ceilings, moldings, and refined decor, blending contemporary and antique furnishings.
The apartment comprises:
- A large living room with two windows offering stunning views of the Garonne, furnished with white leather sofas, a television, and Wi-Fi.
- A fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, pyrolytic oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave.
- Two bedrooms: one overlooking the Garonne with a superb view, and the other at the rear, overlooking a beautiful courtyard, furnished with a television and a queen-size bed.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- A laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.
CLEANING FEES HAVE TO BE PAID IN CASH THE DAY OF THE ARRIVAL.
€60 for one person and €10 additional per person.
Subject to availability, we offer a parking pass in the neighborhood for €10 per day, payable in cash upon arrival.

Location was great for getting about. If you stay in the front bedroom you do get the noise from the bar below and street life. Apartment beautiful and was clean. We were not in much as sightseeing. Note to anyone- we were contacted 3 days before by host to state that we needed to pay 70 cash on arrival for cleaning which was not clearly noted or sighted when booking, as the original booking stated, “no hidden fees, no extra cost”. Host was lovely, but then we were asked to take the rubbish down when we left even after handing 70 which came as a surprise. However a great place and didn’t ruin our stay !!!
