We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The property provided a perfect environment for comfort, relaxation and quality family time. The beach is just steps away so the view is glorious - complete with an appearance of the northern lights! Thank you to Sarah for a perfect booking experience, and the welcoming coffee cake as well!

Cleveland's Big Chill was delightful place to stay. With 4 bedrooms, there was plenty of room for our family vacation. We were all together, but everyone had their own space. Waking up to a view of the sun coming up over Lake Michigan was amazing!Sarah, the host was responsive and answered all of my questions. One thing that I want to clarify for the next guests. I was concerned about the drinking water, thinking it was from a well. We brought water, but it really was not needed. The water was fine to drink, but it did have a slight tint because of the tannin in it. Overall it was a great stay.

Another wonderful week at Cleveland Big Chill. This property never disappoints and my family always has such a good time. We’re incredibly thankful to Sarah for allowing us to stay at her home as we continue creating such precious memories as a family.

The house was perfect for our family and the views were even better! We had great weather all week and now missing being on "island time!"
