We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage on Long Pond. The home-which has beautiful water views-very comfortably accommodated our group. The kitchen and outdoor gas grill were great for preparing meals. The private beach on the pond is the star of the show--many wonderful family memories were made here paddleboarding and sitting by the fire. The host was highly responsive and helpful. A very special spot for a family vacation!

This house was a perfect fit for our family! We have two small children, so they loved the beds, and there was even a pack and play and a little stroller. We had spectacular weather and the minisplits kept the house nice and cool -- there's even one in the living room, not just bedrooms, which we appreciated.The house really was fully equipped -- we brought some kitchen items because you never know what will actually be there, but we didn't need to! There were even toys, children's books, and beach and swim toys. The house is literally right on long pond and the rail trail, which was so lovely. You can see the lake from the living room and most of the bedrooms. The private lake beach was beautiful and so perfect for us with two littles, we could pop over and back home easily (which we did often!). My family loved the home so much, our son is already asking if we can go back next summer!

Our stay at the Beach Cottage was excellent! We love the location being right on the bike trail and having our own Sandy Beach across the street. The owners thought of everything. The house was well stocked and we enjoyed grilling out one night on our deck. The area is fun and local restaurants recommended by our host were welcome. We loved going to the Dockside in Harwichport.
