It was a comfortable and clean place. Kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were very nice. The box in the suite bathroom could use some attention. Water can spray easily out of the box. Everything else was great.

Property is as pictured and in a great location. Fun for all with the putting green, hot tub and ping pong table.

We visited for a week in April of 2025 with our family of five, and this house was excellent for us. It's conveniently located near the beach (5 minute walk) and not far from other activities. We went snorkeling at Lauderdale-by-the-Sea (10 minute drive) and did a swamp boat tour in the Everglades (1 hour drive).I addition to visiting the beach every day, we enjoyed the beautiful hot tub, the ping pong table, and the fun putting green out back. The back yard also has plenty of comfortable furniture for lounging under the party lights.I have rented enough houses to know that one can never know for sure what "supplies" are going to be around for any given visit, but this house was well stocked with the essentials for our visit - and more. We found good set of kitchen items (including sharp knives), plenty of towels, very nice appliances, a beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, a few beach toys and a kite.

Truly great memories made here!!! Clean, great location to beach, and loved the ping pong table and putting green!!! For 3 teenage boys, this was a great escape with their family!!
