Located in the historic center, the apartment overlooks one of the city’s oldest squares, from which you can admire a stunning sunset over Rome. It’s a 5-minute walk from the Frascati train station, which takes you directly to the heart of Rome (Termini Station) in 30 minutes.
Located on the first floor of a historic early 20th-century building, you’ll have the entire apartment to yourself. Just 12 easy steps separate the front door (opening directly onto Piazza S. Rocco) from the apartment. Just a short walk from the main attractions of the town of Frascati, famous for its wines, traditional cuisine, monuments, and views...
Since the apartment is in the historic center and overlooks a square where several restaurants (including one directly below the apartment) set up outdoor tables for dining and drinking (very picturesque), you may hear some noise from the kitchen area during mealtimes. The bedroom does not face the square.
At over 300 meters above sea level, Frascati offers much cooler temperatures than Rome (as the ancient Romans knew well, with their splendid villas), and the apartment benefits from this as well.
