**We charge for electricity and water usage for reservations exceeding 5 nights;

***A security deposit of R$ 700.00 is required. Payment must be made via bank transfer within 7 days of reservation confirmation, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days after check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount is doubled);

****Submission of identification documents for all guests is required for registration and entry authorization at the security gate/property.

******Electricity and water meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate usage and subsequent charges. Electricity usage is calculated at a rate of R$ 1.10 per kilowatt consumed.
